Hilaina was such an amazing help. After we moved into our house my soon to be office quickly turned into an storage room for everything that didn’t find a home. It was overwhelming and exhausting to just look at it. So the doors of this room were shut for the first 6 months and my dreams of a home office ignored. And then, Hilaina happened. Out of nowhere she popped up in my Instagram feed. She was a godsend... In only 3 hours she turned my office from a disaster into one of my favourite rooms. It’s my women cave.
Hilaina is not only highly professional and organized, she is also a wonderful human being who cares a lot about you and the space you’re living in. I really enjoyed working with her. It almost felt like having a friend over who happens to clean up and organize your stuff...

Hilaina was a god send when I had to pack up my house with in a short period of time because I was moving internationally. She really helped to de-clutter and took away all of the recycling and donations. She brought boxes and tape so I didn't have to add an extra stop to my "to do" list - and charged exactly what they cost, no mark up (much cheaper than I would have been able to get them). Moreover, she was a delight to work with and made what could have been a very stressful time in my life so much more manageable. I honestly do not know what I would have done without her help!

I moved to the Kingston area in 2014 and and packed for the move in one day. I still had boxes everywhere in 2018. Most of the boxes were papers. My financial, medical, insurance and work mixed in with my son's paperwork. My son died in 2014 and going through his things is still very difficult for me. Between that and a closet just full of who knows what I found it overwhelming to try and organize anything. Each time I would start to try and organize or each time I had to find something in those boxes for taxes, etc. i would also have all of my sons papers to go through. It was emotional and overwhelming. Hilaina saved my sanity. She has exceptional organizational skills. I was so grateful for her sensitivity and compassion taking on the task of separating my things from my sons and organizing them for me in addition to taking on my closet jungle. My sons things are together in one spot for when I am ready and my paperwork is neatly organized and filed, and my closet jungle is now a thing of beauty. I would highly recommend her services. Professional, efficient, prompt and incredibly kind and compassionate. She always takes your specific needs into consideration while working to help you achieve your organizational goals.

My wife passed away unexpectedly last February and Hilaina helped me do all the things that were so overwhelming to me. She packed keep sakes for my daughters, took care of clothing, helped declutter my stuff, and organize what seemed like a million toys I don't think I could've done it without her. She also returned at Christmas and set up my tree with my daughters like it was her family and returned after to take it all down. I truly can't thank her enough for organizing my house after our devastating lost.
